Returns and Exchanges

In the event that you need to return or exchange a product you have purchased on our website, we offer a 14-day return policy after receiving your item with the exception of sale or clearance items and items listed below.** All sale items are deemed final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable.

To initiate a return or exchange, please use our Return Portal. To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that the item remains in its original packaging, unused, unopened, and with all tags intact. Return shipping will be deducted from the store credit/exchange amount.

*Please note that return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. However, in cases where the item is defective or due to our error, we will cover the return shipping expenses or send out a replacement.

**Please note that certain items cannot be returned and are deemed final sale. Including all items purchased at special events including Midway Swiss Days, sale items, custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), original art and digital downloads. Additionally, returns for gift cards are not accepted.
